We do our best to be friendly to the environment and with your help we can achieve bigger goals. Our recycling program was created not only to be environmental friendly but to rewarding with a donation in the process. We do our best to re-purpose our returned glass and tin containers with a new candle and a new life. These candles will be donated to our wonderful partners at MAMAS FOR MAMAS as part of their campaigns towards providing support and funding for families in need all across Canada. Your returns will be a big contribution to this wonderful charitable organization in its efforts to continually give those in need support and comfort.
Collect your well-loved 6th Scent Candle containers.
Prepare a pot with water. Place the used candle containers in the pot.
Simmer slowly until the wax is fully melted. Easy!
Pour the wax into the compost bin. We use 100% soy wax and it is compostable. Do not pour the wax in sink!
Wick tabs and labels fall off easily. Rinse the containers until the leftover wax is completely cleaned.
Simply wipe down with a kitchen cloth. Voila!
